The Assistance In Healthcare (AIH) Liaison shall deliver the highest level of customer service to all guests of Midwestern Regional Medical Center in person or on the telephone. He/she will be responsible for preparing applications for the Assistance In Healthcare committee, answering incoming AIH application questions, maintaining a database of applicant information and attending the monthly AIH meeting. The Liaison must be accurate, detail oriented, efficient and have the ability to work independently with little supervision.
H.S. diploma or equivalent
Computers skills: must be proficient in Microsoft office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Typing skills / keyboard knowledge
Ability to interpret patient feedback in order to properly enter into database
Ability to manage time and prioritize a variety of tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Warm, friendly and professional manner
