JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Reports directly to the Administrative Director. Works closely with the Medical Director of Stem Cell Transplant Unit. Coordinated Quality and Regulatory compliance for the Stem Cell Transplant and Cell Therapy Program.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Allied Health Profession. Masters of Science preferred.
• FACT/NMDP Accreditation experience preferred.
• 2 years of Oncology/Hematology nursing experience or Quality Management experience preferred.
• OCN certification preferred but not required
• Basic Computer Skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and detail-oriented
• Ability to organize and be self-motivated
