Description
Performs a variety of routine tasks and operations to prepare and cook food items as assigned for meal service. Follows standard practices and procedures in compliance with regulatory agency requirements. Follows HACCP guidelines Prepares food items according to recipes and special diets. Minimum Qualifications: Two years experience as cook or in food preparation Ability to read recipes and production records Serve-safe certification preferred Ability to function as a team player ~
