Properly cleans service-ware, pots, pans, etc. and performs a variety of custodial functions for the Food Service Department. Records temperatures, de-limes dish-machine and maintains cleanliness at all times of the dish-room. Assist stock person at times with putting away stock following their instruction. Assist with trayline during meal periods. Overtime may be required during high peak times or special functions.
