The Housekeeping Supervisor inspects each area in the hospital throughout the shift completing a Supervisor’s report and takes immediate steps to correct deficiencies. The Supervisor takes housekeeping pages, assigns duties to employees and revises work schedules to offset illness and call-ins. Performs established cleaning procedures and operates equipment as necessary to provide a safe, attractive and sanitary environment for patients, visitors and employees within the hospital.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written instructions

Two years experience in related area

Must demonstrate leadership skills

Must have effective communication skills

Must be able to prioritize to handle multiple tasks
