Professional care-giver who assumes responsibility and accountability in the administration of ionizing radiation to treat patients in accordance with the prescription and instruction of the Radiation Oncologist.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved school of Radiation Therapy

Licensed in the State of Illinois

CPR card required

A.R.R.T. registered in Radiation Therapy
