Job Description:

Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00am - 5:30pm

The Clinical Scheduling Logistics Coordinator position is responsible for maintaining schedules for the patients, providers, and departments. They must conduct face-to-face interviews, telephone interaction and electronic contact functions. Must coordinate all aspects of patient care and make informed decisions in meeting the patient’s own healthcare needs. The Coordinator must maintain accurate schedule and visit information to support patient satisfaction as well as accurate schedule and tracking functions while completing necessary documentation and pre-certifications of treatments and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree preferred

3-5 years of professional experience in multifaceted online computer applications

3-5 years of professional experience in the medical field Preferred
