I am highly-qualified.

We require our nurses to have a OCN upon hire or within two years of being hired. BSN is preferred as well as any other applicable certifications for their specialty. It’s important that just like an oncological surgeon or oncologist–our nurses are trained in cancer treatment and prepared for the unique challenges of this field of medicine.

I am a team player.

Team players succeed here–this is important to maintaining nursing excellence. Support your fellow nurses by constantly offering your assistance and have the confidence to go above and beyond your usual realm of duties. For example, our most successful nurses always check in with their team before leaving at the end of the shift.
