Job Summary/Purpose:

Patient Advocates shall deliver the highest level of customer service to all guests of Midwestern Regional Medical Center. He/She will be asked to solve problems, cater to all clientele, and provide exemplary service to those in his or her care. He/she will manage a satisfaction database and provide reports to senior leadership and the board of directors as needed. He/she will be required to make daily rounds throughout the patient care areas, welcoming and exceeding the needs of our guests’. He/She shall consistently demonstrate service excellence by delivering thorough, responsive feedback to all patients and employees.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Associates degree with two years of Patient Advocate or customer service experience; Bachelor degree preferred

  • Certified Health Care Interpreter (Spanish) preferred
  • Positive, outgoing personality

  • Ability to Multi-task

  • Detail oriented/ Team Player

  • Strong Communication and Problem solving skills

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
