Job Description:

**$1000 sign-on bonus**

Hours: Wed - Sun 11:00am - 7:30pm

Job Summary/Purpose:

Responsible for transportation of patients, caregivers, and administration in extra length vehicles to and from various locations within a 70 mile radius of Zion, Illinois.  Assures that the passenger’s needs are met by providing quality customer service, thus creating a maximum comfort level and representing Cancer Treatment Centers of America in a professional and positive way.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the Chicago land area or ability to read and comprehend road maps

• Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) for the state the employee resides in with Passenger Endorsement

• Valid medical card as required by the Secretary of State

• Excellent driving record for past three (3) years

• Sound judgment and quick decision making when presented with inclement weather, ill passengers, traffic, etc.

• Good interpersonal/customer service skills

• Working knowledge of Defensive Driving rules of the road and techniques
