Job Description:

The Senior Systems Engineer Cloud is primarily responsible for the design, administration, and maintenance of the enterprise cloud infrastructure, messaging and identity services platforms including Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, Office 365, Exchange (Online/Hybrid), Ping, Auth0, and Active Directory integration.  At a senior level, responsibilities include advanced configuration and troubleshooting of cloud and on-premises infrastructure supporting the portfolio.  The Senior Systems Engineer Cloud works closely with the Principal Engineer and/or Cloud and Identity Services Manager to collaborate on enterprise solutions architecture and ensure all service level agreements are achieved.

 

The Senior Systems Engineer Cloud supports the complete lifecycle of messaging and identity operations to ensure maximum performance, reliability, and scalability of the enterprise infrastructure.  This support includes configuration of operational monitoring tools and the methods of remediation (proactive and reactive support models).  Daily activities also include the monitoring and management of the security posture of critical technical infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of experience designing and implementing cloud identity infrastructure technologies.

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related.

  • Microsoft Azure Certifications - Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (Cloud Infrastructure)

  • Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect

  • Microsoft 365 Certified Security Administrator

  • Deep knowledge on Ping Identity technologies.

  • Deep knowledge on Oauth technologies.

  • Deep Knowledge on SAML integrations and Single Sign On (SSO)

  • Experience with configuring and supporting on-premise identity integrations with Microsoft Azure Active Directory.

  • Deep knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services.

Pay Range

$85,309.53 - $140,431.20

Placement within the identified pay range is based on individual and market factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, credentials (including licenses and certifications), geographic location, market competition, skill set (including market availability of required skills), assigned/anticipated job tasks, and level of responsibility.  These factors are considered without regard to an individual’s status as a member of any protect group pursuant to federal, state, and/or local law.
