Job Description:
Hours: 4/10hr shifts, rotating day off, with on call
Job Summary:
The Surgical Technician (ST) works as part of the surgical team delivering the Mother Standard of Care to CTCA surgery patients. The ST is responsible for maintaining the integrity and sterility of the surgical field and uses aseptic techniques. The ST anticipates the surgeons next moves to ensure that the procedure goes as smoothly as possible. The ST is responsible for all aspects of case preparation through room turn-over procedures while upholding the Stakeholder Bond and being a team player.
Minimum Qualifications:
2-year Associate degree in Surgical Technology or experience as an OR Tech preferred
Nationally Certified Operating room/Surgical Technologist card required or obtained within 6 months
CPR card required
Completion of 10 CEU every 2 years to maintain certification or as required by credentialing agency

Pay Range
$20.35 - $33.52Placement within the identified pay range is based on individual and market factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, credentials (including licenses and certifications), geographic location, market competition, skill set (including market availability of required skills), assigned/anticipated job tasks, and level of responsibility. These factors are considered without regard to an individual’s status as a member of any protect group pursuant to federal, state, and/or local law.
